3D建模联合3D打印导板引导下颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗颅内血肿患者的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察3D建模联合3D打印导板引导下颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗颅内血肿患者的效果。方法:选取60例颅内血肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规开颅手术治疗,观察组给予3D建模联合3D打印导板引导下颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗。比较两组疗效、围术期指标水平和并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量和拔管前残余血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.3%,低于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D建模联合3D打印导板引导下颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗颅内血肿患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善围术期指标水平,降低并发症发生率,优于常规开颅手术治疗效果。
