社区能力、社区认同与乡村旅游包容性发展——制度嵌入的调节作用

Community Capacity,Community Identity and Inclusive Development of Rural Tourism--Moderating Effect of Institutional Embeddedness

以社区能力理论和制度嵌入理论为基础,构建社区能力对乡村旅游包容性发展影响的概念模型,剖析其内在影响机理,并重点探讨社区认同的中介作用和制度嵌入的调节作用。实证结果表明,社区能力正向影响旅游包容性发展;社区认同在社区能力与旅游包容性发展的关系中具有显著的部分中介作用;非正式制度在社区自治能力和社会资本能力对旅游包容性发展的影响中均具有显著的U型调节作用,而正式制度在社区自治能力对旅游包容性发展的影响中具有显著的倒U型调节作用。鉴于此,社区能力的提升既需要挖掘社区资源,又要发挥社区精英的带动作用。在加强社区能力的同时提升社区认同,并合理把握制度嵌入的程度,才有利于达成公平正义和实现乡村旅游包容性发展。

Based on the theory of community development and institutional embeddedness,this paper constructs a conceptual model of the impact of community capacity on inclusive development of rural tourism,analyzes its internal influencing mechanism,and focuses on the mediating role of community identity and the moderating role of institutional embeddedness.The empirical results show that the community capacity positively affects the inclusive development of tourism.Community identity plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between community capacity and inclusive tourism development.Informal institution has a significant U-shaped moderating effect on the relationship between community autonomy and social capital capacity and inclusive development of tourism,while formal institution has a significant inverted U-shaped moderating effect on the relationship between community autonomy and inclusive development of tourism.Therefore,the promotion of community capacity needs to tap community resources and play the leading role of community elites.In order to achieve fairness,justice and the inclusive development of rural tourism,community identity should be enhanced while community capacity is strengthened,and the degree of institutional embedment should be properly handled.
