摘要 采用Arena仿真软件对某汽车制造企业的仓储物流系统进行仿真优化研究,以某试制车间为对象,根据企业规划方案对其仓储物流系统进行仿真建模,找出了仿真过程中出现的运作问题和瓶颈。仿真结果表明,规划方案能够满足日常输入下的物流运作需求。然而在高峰时期,很多物流资源利用率过高,经过优化,高峰时期的物流压力得到缓解,物流资源平均利用率得到降低,浪费得到减少。 The Arena simulation software is used to simulate and optimize the warehouse logistics system of an automobile manufacturing enterprise.With a trial workshop as the object,the warehouse logistics system is simulated and modeled according to the enterprise planning scheme to find out the problems and bottlenecks appearing in the simulation process.The simulation results show that the planning scheme can meet the logistics operation requirements under daily input.However,during the peak period,the utilization rate of many logistics resources is too high.After optimization,the logistics pressure during the peak period is relieved,the average utilization rate of logistics resources is reduced,and the waste is reduced.
