基于现代学徒制的汽车检测与维修技术专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Model of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology Professionals Based on Modern Apprenticeship

目前我国汽车行业对汽车维修技师有很高的要求。对此,高职院校应为汽车检测与维修专业的学生建立有效的人才培养模式,培养出能满足企业及行业需要的优秀汽车维修人才,现代教育就是其中之一。以此为基础,探讨现代学徒制培训人才培养的基本内涵和特征,并对高职汽车检验与维修专业人才培养模式的主要问题进行探讨。对学校与企业合作实施现代学徒制研究的四个方面进行了详细分析,希望为有需要的人提供参考。

At present,China's automobile industry has very high requirements for automobile maintenance technicians.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should establish an effective talent training model for students majoring in automobile inspection and maintenance,and cultivate excellent automobile maintenance talents that can meet the needs of enterprises and industries.Modern education is one of them.Based on this,the article discusses the basic connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship training talents,and discusses the main issues of higher vocational automobile inspection and maintenance professional talent training models.The four aspects of the study of modern apprenticeship in cooperation between schools and enterprises are analyzed in detail,hoping to provide references for those in need.
