近年来,我国教育改革进程逐步加快,这一背景下部分高校的招生人数呈现了逐年递增的趋势,学生管理工作带来一定的压力,不仅承担着教学管理的重任,也要基于管理经验,实施不断的创新,文章主要针对高校辅导员学生管理工作中的创新相关内容进行分析,做出了如下探讨。
