摘要
根据中国汽车工程学会巴哈大赛规则要求,制动系统必须能够在静态条件下、路面以及未铺设路面行驶速度情况下抱死并锁定所有四个车轮,但现在巴哈赛车普遍存在高速行驶下,急刹车时制动力分配不合理的情况。本文通过在制动系统里设计了制动平衡装置,优化制动力分配设计方案,用螺栓加双主缸结构,根据车重、卡钳力、工况来调整螺栓达到制动力合理分配,赛车具有更好的稳定性安全性。
According to the requirements of the Baja competition rules of the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers,the braking system must be able to lock all four wheels under static conditions,roads and unpaved road speeds,but now Baja racing cars generally run at high speeds.The situation where the braking force distribution is unreasonable during sudden braking.This paper designs a brake balance device in the brake system,optimizes the design scheme of braking force distribution,uses bolts to add a double master cylinder structure,and adjusts the bolts to achieve a reasonable distribution of braking force according to vehicle weight,caliper force,and working conditions so that the racing car has good stability and security.
