飞行人员抗结核治疗中不良反应分析

Adverse effects during anti-tuberculosis treatment of aircrews

目的通过8例飞行人员结核的诊治过程,探讨飞行人员抗结核治疗中的不良反应问题。方法回顾性分析空军特色医学中心8例飞行人员结核的诊治、不良反应情况及最终医学鉴定结果,并进行文献复习。结果 8例飞行人员结核治疗中出现5例高尿酸血症,4例肝损害,2例周围神经炎,1例视神经损伤,1例皮肤改变,1例抑郁症,多数与应用抗结核药物相关。8例患者飞行结论飞行合格5例,其中转换机种1例,飞行不合格2例,飞行暂不合格1例。结论飞行人员抗结核治疗时间较长,因药物引发的不良反应常见,严重者可导致停飞,应关注结核治疗药物相关的并发症。

Objective To study the causes of adverse reactions in the course of diagnosis and treatment of aircrews with tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data on the diagnosis,treatment,adverse reactions and final medical identification results of 8 aircrews with tuberculosis treated in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed,followed by a literature review.Results During the treatment of 8 aircrews with tuberculosis,there were 5 cases of hyperuricemia,4 cases of abnormal liver function,2 cases of peripheral neuritis,1 case of optic nerve injury,1 case of skin changes,and 1 case of depression,which were mostly related to the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs.Among the 8 patients,5 were qualified again for flight,including 1 case who switched to another aircraft type,2 cases were unqualified for flight,and 1 case was temporarily grounded.Conclusion It usually takes a long time to treat tuberculosis among aircrews.Adverse drug reactions are common,and severe cases can lead to disqualification for flight.Attention should be paid to complications caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.
