摘要 目的通过对2020年美国航空航天医学会(AsMA)学术年会论文集航空医学有关文献进行分析,掌握国际航空医学研究的进展,为进一步开展该领域的研究提供参考借鉴。资料来源与选择2020年美国航空航天医学会(AsMA)学术年会论文集航空医学有关学术论文。资料综合在简要回顾87个专题年会文献基础上,对航空医学以下5个方面研究成果进行了概述:高空和加速度生理、飞行员心理选拔、人机工效学、空间定向障碍与飞行事故、弹射救生。结论回顾了2020年美国航空航天医学会(AsMA)学术年会论文集的航空医学部分研究成果,介绍了加速度暴露的生理影响、抗荷训练的效果评估、战机和飞行员装备人机工效方面急需解决的问题、发生飞行错觉的情况和空间定向障碍的原因、新型弹射救生座椅的优点等,以上研究成果对于进一步开展航空医学研究,保障飞行员的生理心理健康和飞行安全有一定意义。 Objective To analyze related literature in the proceedings for the 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting of the Aerospace Medical Association(AsMA)in order to find out more about the research progress in global aviation medicine and provide reference for research in this field.Literature Resource and Selection Relevant aviation medicine articles in the proceedings for the 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting of the AsMA.Literature Review Based on a brief review of 87 topics in the proceedings,the following research results related to aviation medicine were summarized:high-altitude physiology and acceleration physiology,psychological selection of pilots,human factor engineering/ergonomics,spatial disorientation and f light accidents,and ejection escape.Conclusion In this article,the following research results of aviation medicine reported in the proceedings for the 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting of the AsMA Sessions were reviewed:the physiological effects of acceleration exposure,evaluation of the anti-G training effect,challenges to ergonomics of fighter aircraft and pilot equipment,f light illusions and causes of space disorientation,and the advantages of advanced ejection rescue seats.These insights are significant for aviation medicine research to ensure pilots’physical and mental health and f light safety.
