摘要
以项目进度风险管理过程为研究对象,结合项目管理相关理论,从目的、原理、方法和路线等方面着手,创造性地探索并阐述了以进度计划为核心的进度风险管理的实践体系。基于此,以典型LNG储罐EPC项目为例,借助风险管理软件PRA,详细介绍了进度风险模型建立、进度风险监控等阶段的具体工作内容和要点。研究结果显示,将常规进度管理与进度风险管理有机结合,可实现对项目进度风险的有效管控,进而为工程项目管理提供一种切实可行的管理技术和手段。
Taking the project schedule risk management process as the research object,combining the relevant theories of project management,the schedule risk management practice system with schedule plan as the core was creatively explored and expounded from the aspects of purpose,principle,method and route.Based on the practice system,taking a typical LNG storage tank EPC project as an example,with the help of the risk management software PRA,the specific work content and main points of the stages of schedule risk model establishment and schedule risk monitoring was introduced in detail.The research results show that the combination of the routine schedule management and schedule risk management can achieve effective management and control of project schedule risks,thereby providing a practical and feasible management technique and means for engineering project management.
