干燥机在聚乙烯醇生产中的作用分析

摘要 干燥机是聚乙烯醇(PVA)生产过程中最主要的设备之一。对PVA生产过程中所使用干燥机的工作原理、控制要素等进行了分析,同时也结合干燥机的结构特点和PVA物理化学性质论述了干燥机内温、内在量、真空度、干燥时间等因素对PVA质量的影响。分析可知:在PVA生产过程中,干燥机内温控制一般不宜高于150℃,正常内在量运行时干燥机电流不高于额定电流的60%~90%,生产中一般控制干燥机内压-100~-20 kPa。 The dryer is one of the most important equipment in the production of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).The working principle and control factors of the dryer used in in the production of PVA were analyzed,and the effects of the internal temperature,internal quantity,vacuum degree and drying time on the quality of PVA were also discussed combined with the structural characteristics of the dryer and the physical and chemical properties of PVA.The analysis shows that in the process of PVA production,the internal temperature control of the dryer should not be higher than 150℃,the current of the dryer should not be higher than 60%-90%of the rated current under the normal internal quantity operation,and the internal pressure of the dryer should be controlled from-100 to-20 k Pa.
