摘要
物资智能供应链(SPD)系统为医院耗材使用的精细化管控提供了技术和信息支撑。A医院依托SPD系统,对医院耗材实行分类管理,按"收费耗材"和"不收费耗材"分类设置科室管控指标,针对"刚需和难以量化考核类高值耗材"引入使用点评机制,制定了降本增效导向的耗材使用绩效考核方案,引导临床科学合理使用耗材,为公立医院耗材使用管控提供了宝贵经验。
The material intelligent supply chain(SPD) system provides technical and information support for the fine management and control of hospital consumables. Hospital A relies on the SPD system to carry out classified management of hospital consumables, sets up departmental management and control indicators according to "charged consumables" and "non-charged consumables", introduces the use of review mechanism for "rigid demand and difficult to quantify the assessment of high-value consumables", formulates a cost-reducing and efficiency-increasing oriented performance appraisal scheme for consumables to guide the scientific and rational use of consumables in clinic,and provides valuable experience for the management and control of public hospital consumables.
