摘要
由于人类活动过度干扰,白洋淀上游河流出现下垫面条件改变、天然水量减少、水体污染等问题,采用环境流量历时转移曲线法,基于不同河段面临的胁迫程度,确定白洋淀上游河流的生态流量,提出生态流量的保障思路。研究表明:综合考虑流域内水功能区划、河流受胁迫程度等情况,将大清河上游河流分为5个胁迫类型区,其中中易水河和南拒马河目前受胁迫程度最大,需要更多生态流量来维持河流基本生态功能。
Due to the excessive interference of human activities,the underlying surface conditions of rivers in the upper reaches of the Baiyang Lake have changed,the natural water quantity has decreased,and the water body has been polluted.In order to determine the ecological flow of the upper streams of the Baiyang Lake,based on the stress degree of different river sections,the protection idea of ecological flow is put forward by using the environmental flow duration curve shifting method.The results show that:considering the water function regionalization and the degree of river stress,the upper reaches of the Daqing River are divided into five stress types,of which the Zhongyishui River and the Nanjuma River are the most stressed,so more ecological flow is needed to maintain the basic ecological function of the river.
