良性瘢痕增生是临床上常见的皮肤性疾病,是皮肤创伤愈合过程中过度修复的结果,其不良外观不仅会给患者带来生理上的痛苦,甚至会产生严重的心理阴影,失去对生活的信心。研究发现,雌激素可通过降低炎症反应、加速肉芽组织形成、对抗纤维化进程三方面的调控,参与皮肤瘢痕的恢复过程。为此,探讨雌激素在良性瘢痕增生的抑制作用有一定临床意义。

Benign scar hyperplasia is a common clinical skin disease.It is the result of excessive repair during the healing process of skin wounds.Its poor appearance will not only cause physical pain to the patient,but also cause serious psychological disorders and loss of confidence in life.Years of studies have found that estrogen can participate in the recovery process of skin scars by reducing inflammation,accelerating the formation of granulation tissue,and fighting fibrosis.Therefore,it is extremely valuable to explore the role of estrogen in benign scar hyperplasia.
