重视情志引导,博施柴胡类方--崔云教授身心同调法治疗男性郁证经验探赜

Pay Attention to Emotion Guide, Widely Use Radix Bupleuri Series’ Prescriptions--Exploring Professor Cui Yun’s Experience in Treatment of Male Depression Syndrome with Mind-Body Coherence Methods

郁证是男科疾病产生的关键,或是疾病常见的伴随病证。郁证问题得不到解决,其对心理和生理的影响,导致男科疾病治疗效果不理想。崔云主张解决郁证问题应贯穿男科疾病诊疗始终,重视情志引导,善施柴胡类方,借助身心同调法切实提高男性郁证的治疗效果。本文从“索本求因,追溯郁证根源”“深谙衍变,把握郁证影响”“身心同调,探寻郁证治疗”“以案示理,再证理法精义”4个方面阐发其诊治男性郁证的经验。

Depression syndrome is the essence of male diseases,or the common syndromes associated with diseases.The problem of depression syndrome is not solved,and its influence on psychology and physiology leads to the unsatisfactory treatment effect of male diseases.Cui Yun advocated that the solution to the problem of depression syndrome should be carried out throughout the diagnosis and treatment of male diseases.He paid attention to the emotion guide and the good application of Radix Bupleuri series’prescriptions,and effectively realized the treatment of male depression syndrome with the help of mind-body coherence methods.This article expounds his experience in the diagnosis and treatment of male depression syndrome from four aspects,which are“seeking the cause of depression,tracing the root cause of depression syndrome”“grasping the evolution of depression syndrome,grasping the influence of depression syndrome”“exploring the treatment of depression syndrome with the harmony of body and mind”“using case to illustrate the principle and the essence of re-justifying the method”.
