浅谈徐晓娟教授运用补肾化痰法治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的经验

Therapeutic Mechanism of Professor Xu Xiaojuan’s Application of Kidney-nourishing and Phlegm-removing Method in Treatment of Obese PCOS via Female Reproductive Axis Theory

多囊卵巢综合征是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌疾病之一,是引起无排卵性不孕的主要原因,其中肥胖型更为严重,容易合并其他内分泌疾病,尤其危害女性生殖健康。临床治疗该病常采用补肾化痰法,多数医家认为其作用机制为调理脏腑功能。自女性生殖轴(“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”轴)提出以来,推动了中医妇科学的进步,徐教授基于该理论与临床实践,提出补肾化痰法通过调节女性生殖轴治疗该病的观点。本文通过对女性生殖轴的深入认识,立足于中医基础理论,从女性生殖轴这一视角,探讨徐晓娟教授运用中医补肾化痰法治疗本病的疗效机制为通过“通”“补”二法使“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”轴道路通畅,物质充盈,达到恢复排卵、促进子宫内膜容受性、改善临床症状的目的。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common endocrine diseases in women of childbearing age,which is the main cause of anovulatory infertility.Among them,obese-typed PCOS is more serious,which is easy to be combined with other endocrine diseases,seriously endangering women’s reproductive health.Clinical treatment of this disease is often used Kidney-nourishing and phlegm-removing(KNPR)method,many traditional Chinese medical doctors think that its mechanism of action is to regulate the function of Zang-fu organs.Since the introduction of the female reproductive axis(Kidney-menstruation-Chong and Ren channels-uterus axis),the progress of gynecology in Traditional Chinese medicine has been promoted.Based on female reproductive axis theory and clinical practice,Professor Xu proposed that the method of KNPR method can treat this disease by regulating the female reproductive axis.Based on the in-depth understanding of female reproductive axis and the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and female reproductive axis theory,this paper deeply evaluated and analyzed the therapeutic mechanism of Professor Xu Xiaojuan’s application of KNPR method in the treatment of this disease.Its mechanism is to make the Kidney-menstruation-Chong and Ren channels-uterus axis pathway unblocked and subtle material filled through the two methods of“invigorating”and“tonifying”,so as to restore ovulation,promote endometrial receptivity and improve clinical symptoms.
