张建华主任治疗阳虚不寐症经验探析

Discussions and Analysis on Professor Zhang Jianhua’s Experience in Treating Insomnia Caused by Deficiency of Yang

随着不寐患者的日渐增多,因其病因复杂,各医家治疗效果参差不齐。张建华主任医师从《黄帝内经》等中医经典出发,结合郑钦安医学对阳虚不寐的认识及治疗思路,认准阴阳气机与寤寐关系,从阴阳平衡、阴平阳秘、肾阳宜藏的生理机制出发,强调阳气在人寤寐中的重要地位,从而制定治疗原则,取得较好疗效。本文阐述张建华主任医师治疗阳虚不寐的用药思路,为临床医生治疗阳虚不寐培养临床思维,开拓临床思路。现将张建华主任对阳虚不寐证的疾病认识及诊治经验加以叙述,系统阐述其生理病理机制,并以案例方式详细剖析治疗思路及用药方法。

With the increasing number of insomniacs and their causes being complex,the treatment effects vary dramatically.Proceeding from the“Canon of Medicine”and other classics of traditional Chinese medicine theory,combined with Zheng Qin’an’s understanding and treatment thoughts of insomnia of Yang deficiency,Chief Physician Zhang Jianhua has recognized the relationship between Yin,Yang and Qi movement with sleep and wakefulness.His treatment principles have achieved a certain effect and are based on physiological mechanisms of Yin-Yang balance,Yin-Yang in relative equilibrium and Kidney Yang storage,and he emphasize the important place of Yang-energy in sleep and wakefulness.This article describes the herb application ideas for treating insomnia of Yang deficiency by Chief Physician Zhang Jianhua,so as to help clinicians develop clinical thinking and judgment for the treatment of this disease.In this paper,the knowledge,diagnosis,and treatment experience of insomnia of Yang deficiency by Chief Physician Zhang Jianhua is described,its physiological and pathological mechanisms are systematically elaborated,treatment ideas and herb application methods are analyzed in detail by two clinical cases.
