工业机器人电缆护套热老化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 工业机器人的电缆在长时间工作中,会由于老化而导致机械性能不足,影响机器人的正常工作。通过热老化实验,在同一温度下对氯化聚乙烯橡胶进行加速老化,并进行拉伸试验,选择断裂拉伸力和断裂伸长率为依据,对氯化聚乙烯橡胶老化后的机械性能进行研究。结果表明,随着老化时间的增加,CPE断裂拉伸力和伸长率都是随老化时间的延长,呈现先下降后上升的趋势。并且断裂伸长率的变化趋势是断裂拉伸力往后的一个延时。CPE拉伸曲线弹性阶段的斜率受老化时间的影响较大,而强化阶段受其影响较小。并且弹性阶段的斜率在受热初期下降的很快,后期有回升的现象。据此可为后续研究提高电缆性能及延长其使用寿命提供一些依据。 In the long-term work of industrial robot cables,the mechanical properties will be insufficient due to aging,which will affect the normal operation of the robot.In this paper,the thermal aging test was carried out to accelerate the aging of CPE rubber at the same temperature,and the tensile test was carried out to select the tensile strength at break and the elongation at break.The mechanical properties of CPE rubber after aging were studied.The results show that with the increase in aging time,the tensile strength and elongation of CPE break with the aging time,showing a trend of decreasing first and then rising.And the tendency towards the elongation at break is a delay from the tensile strength of the fracture.The slope of the elastic phase of the CPE tensile curve is greatly affected by the aging time,while the strengthening phase is less affected by it.And the slope of the elastic stage decreases rapidly in the early stage of heating,and it picks up later.This can provide some basis for further research to improve cable performance and prolong its service life.
