摘要
利用SolidWorks2014建立原制动器的三维模型,导入MSC.Nastran,施加边界条件,进行有限元分析,根据其应力应变的分析结果,进行优化改进,建立优化改进后的制动器三维模型,对该三维模型进行有限元分析,确定最终优化设计方案。经过优化设计,既减轻了产品质量,又增加了制动器刚性,减小了应力集中,已交付客户使用3年多,得到实际的验证。
This paper uses SolidWorks2014 to establish a three-dimensional model of the original brake,which is imported into MSC.Nastran and imposed boundary conditions for finite element analysis.According to the analysis results of its stress and strain,optimization and improvement are carried out.The optimized and improved three-dimensional model of the brake is established,and the three-dimensional model is analyzed with finite element to determine the final optimized design plan.After optimized design,the weight of the product is reduced,the rigidity of the brake is increased,and the stress concentration is reduced.It has been delivered to customers for more than 3 years,and its rationality has been verified.
