摘要
针对3D打印切片轮廓数据的冗余问题,提出基于二分法的3D打印切片数据精简方法。该方法将切片轮廓数据上若干个连续数据点作为一个簇,以簇内数据点的角度和弦高为依据,通过对簇点数的二分迭代来确定需要保留的数据点。实验测试结果表明,该方法在簇内初始点数为10~20时,迭代结果能够在较短的时间内得到稳定,并且能够有效地对切片轮廓数据进行精简,实现精简后的数据按曲率合理分布。
Aiming at the redundancy problem of 3D printing slice profile data,a data simplification method for 3D printing slices based on dichotomy is proposed.In this method,several continuous data points on the slice contour data are taken as a cluster,and according to the angle and chord height of the data points in the cluster,the data points that need to be preserved are determined by binary iteration of the cluster points.The experimental test results show that when the initial number of points in the cluster is 10~20,the iterative result can be stabilized in a relatively small time,and can effectively achieve the simplification of the slice profile data,and the simplified data can be reasonably distributed according to curvature.
