摘要
根据前期5000 m移运钻机油水电系统的管线槽结构,通过现场使用情况分析,该结构中,主管线槽采用折叠式落地结构,不方便吊车在折叠管线槽位置吊运泵组设备;且拆卸钻机时,该主管线槽成为1个独立的运输单元;去固控罐、泥浆泵管线槽对电缆的固定困难,且去固控罐电缆在泥浆泵组拖撬上需要转接,造成设备在安装拆卸过程中的不便。针对以上使用缺陷,在新移运钻机的管线槽设计上改进管线槽结构以满足现场使用需求。
According to the cable tray structure of the oil and water electricity system of the 5000 m moving rig in the early stage,the field use analysis proves that the main cable tray adopts the folding structure,which is inconvenient for the crane to lift the pump set;when the rig is disassembled,the main cable tray becomes an independent transport unit,it is difficult to fix the cable in the groove of the disfastening control tank and mud pump pipe,cable of the disfastening control tank needs to be transferred on the sledge of mud pump set,which causes inconvenience in the installation and disassembly process of the equipment.In view of the above service defects,the cable tray structure will be in the design of the newly moving rig to meet the field service requirements.
