摘要
目前市场上切割废油桶的方式均是人工分步骤切割,这种方式存在着效率低、污染大且对工人身体造成了严重的损害。该创新设计利用链条传动、砂轮机切割、传感器识别、滚轮压平装置等,实现了一体化切割,研发后投入校企合作,帮助企业大大提高了生产效益,而且省去了人工,更加环保。
At present,the ways of cutting waste oil barrels on the market are all manual step-by-step cutting,which has low efficiency,large pollution and serious damage to workers'bodies.The innovative design uses chain drive,grinding machine cutting,sensor identification,roller leveling device to realize integrated cutting.After research and development,it is put into school-enterprise cooperation,which helps enterprises greatly improve the production efficiency,save labor,and make it more environmentally friendly.
