一种新型轴向锁紧限位机构

摘要 为了适应主机装配空间有限的需求,尽可能地使减速机在空间结构方面更加紧凑,在设计过程中设法减小减速机的径向及轴向尺寸。为了缩小减速机径向尺寸,减小各行星机构传动件所用轴承的径向尺寸,更换轴承后各行星机构件的联接限位方式发生改变,为此设计开发了一种新的轴向锁紧限位机构。 In order to meet the limited assembly space requirements of the main engine,the reducer should be made more compact in terms of space structure as much as possible,and the radial and axial dimensions of the reducer should be reduced during the design process.In order to reduce the radial size of the reducer and reduce the radial size of the bearings used in the transmission parts of the planetary mechanism,the connection limit mode of the planetary mechanism parts has changed after the bearing is replaced.For this purpose,a new axial locking limiting mechanism is designed and developed.
