钻井泵安全阀是保障石油钻井安全作业的重要设备。文中针对油田配套的剪销式安全阀、弹簧复位式安全阀,分析其应用现状及特点,同时对自动复位式安全阀的工作原理进行了分析,提出了优化建议,为安全阀的进一步优化设计和应用提供新的思路和方法。

Drilling pump relief valve is an important equipment to ensure the safe operation of petroleum drilling.This paper introduces the application status and characteristics of the shear pin safety valve and the spring return relief valve,and analyzes the working principle of the automatic return relief valve.The optimization suggestions are put forward to provide new ideas and methods for the further optimization design and application of the relief valve.
