摘要
无氧铜具有极好冷加工性、焊接性能、耐蚀性能和散热性能优异,在激光领域里得到广泛的应用,大量用作激光器封装盒零件的制作材料。为了提高无氧铜封装盒零件的加工质量,对无氧铜材料的数控铣削加工难点进行研究,从分析表面质量、深孔加工、预防表面氧化三个方面进行了总结分析,采取了一系列的工艺措施,得出了无氧铜材料的加工细节。
Oxygen-free copper has excellent cold workability,weldability,corrosion resistance and heat dissipation performance,which is widely used in the laser field,and widely used as the manufacturing material of laser packaging box parts.In order to improve the processing quality of oxygen-free copper packaging box parts,the difficulties of NC milling of oxygen-free copper materials are studied.The surface quality analysis,deep hole processing and surface oxidation prevention are summarized and analyzed.A series of process measures are adopted,and the processing details of oxygen free copper materials are obtained.
