在经济社会由量向质的转变中,高质量发展日渐成为当下的发展态势。国家对产业升级的现实需求与日俱增,使得职业院校有责任输送更多的技能素质型人才。基于职业院校德技并修育人过程,针对重技轻德、德技分离及德技贫弱的困境,应从唤醒德技并修育人意识、搭建德技并修育人平台及健全德技并修育人体系等层面探寻出路。

The economy and society have shifted from quantitative development to qualitative development, and high-quality development has become the current trend. With the increasing domestic demand for industrial upgrading, vocational colleges have the responsibility to cultivate more skilled talents. Based on the cultivation process of virtue and skills in vocational colleges, in view of the dilemma of attaching importance to skills, the separation of virtue cultivation and skill cultivation and the lack of virtues and skills, it’s necessary to explore the way out from the aspects of promoting the awareness of cultivating both virtues and skills, building a platform for virtue and skill cultivation and perfecting the system of virtue and skill cultivation.
