疫情发生以来,全国上下共同战“疫”,坚持联防联控、统筹防控的原则积极应对疫情,但在积极处置新冠肺炎疫情的同时,也应关注公共卫生伦理问题,如个人权利与公共善的博弈,患者隐私权与社会知情权的利益冲突,疫情危机法治建设的公共卫生伦理学缺失,程序正义与公共健康的伦理纷争,应更加全面地完善新冠肺炎疫情处置机制,确保人民群众健康与生命安全。

Since the COVID-19 outbreak,The nationwide fought against the epidemic together,adhering to the principles of joint prevention and control,and coordinating prevention and control to actively responded to the epidemic.While actively addressing the COVID-19 epidemic,more attention should be paid to public health ethical issues,such as the game between personal rights and public good,conflicts of interest between patients’privacy and social right to know,lack of public health ethics in the construction of epidemic crisis laws and regulations,and the ethical dispute between procedural justice and public health.The COVID-19 epidemic management mechanism should be more comprehensively improved to ensure people’s health and life safety.
