摘要
通过问卷调查陕西中医药大学中医类各年级医学生共情能力得分,了解当代中医类医学生共情能力现状,发现影响医学生共情能力得分的因素主要有年级、政治面貌、是否为独生子女、课程设置。在此基础上分析产生差异的原因,主要有:培养模式、党性修养、家庭背景、培养目标不同。并从增设靶向教育班级,厚植“敬佑生命”思想;加强党团建设,明确“共情”职业要求;注重社会实践教育,加深“同理”情感体验;改革核心课程设置,强化“人本”医德观念等方面提出对策建议。
Through a questionnaire survey on the scores of medical students’empathy ability in different grades of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine,to understand the current situation of the current medical students’empathy ability.It was found that the main factors influencing the scores of medical students’empathy ability are as follows:grade,political status,whether they are an only child,and curriculum standards.On the basis of the analysis,the main reasons of the differences are mainly because of training modes,party spirit cultivation,family background,and different training goals.In addition,this paper also proposed plenty of countermeasures such as:adding the targeted education classes,cultivating the ideology of“respect life”;strengthening the Party leadership construction and clarifying the professional requirements of“empathy”;paying attention to social practice education and deepening the emotional experience of“empathy”;reforming the core curriculum and strengthening the medical ethical view“humanitarian-centered”.
