小尺寸Schmidt-Boelter热流传感器的研制

摘要 为满足常规高超声速风洞试验的热流测量需求,研制了一种小尺寸Schmidt-Boelter热流传感器。建立了传感器仿真模型并基于该模型对其结构尺寸开展了优化设计。根据优化结果,制作了尺寸为Φ3×10 mm的传感器样件。在弧光灯热流标定系统上进行了性能测试,试验结果表明:该传感器灵敏度系数大于30μV·m^(2)/kW,响应时间约50 ms。 A kind of small size Schmidt-Boelter Gage was successfully developed for measuring heat flux in conventional hypersonic wind tunnel test.The simulation model of the Schmidt-Boelter Gage was built.The structure and size of the sensor were optimized based on the simulation model.According to the optimized results,the sensor with the size ofΦ3×10 mm was made and tested in the arc lamp heat flux calibration system.The results show that the size and performance of the developed sensor are comparable to the foreign sensor level.The sensitivity is greater than 30μV·m^(2)/kW,and the response time is about 50 ms.
