摘要 泵壳内腔结构复杂、空间狭小,采用全自动双钨极氩弧焊方法进行泵壳复杂内腔曲面的堆焊,实现了泵壳内壁全自动堆焊,提高了泵壳内壁堆焊的质量和效率,大幅降低了操作人员的劳动强度。 The inner cavity structure of pump shell is complex and the space is small.The fully automatic double tungsten argon arc welding method has been used to perform build-up welding on the complex inner cavity surface of the pump shell.The fully automatic build-up welding of the pump shell inner wall has been realized,the quality and efficiency of the build-up welding of the pump shell inner wall have been improved,and the labor intensity of the operator has been greatly reduced.
