摘要
通过优化热处理工艺方案,成功制造出直径φ1000 mm的H13电渣重熔热作模具钢,其组织和冲击性能等各项检验指标均满足标准要求和用户使用要求,特别是球化退火组织达到了GA2级水平。
By optimizing the heat treatment process plan,the H13 electroslag remelting hot working die steel with a diameter of φ1000 mm has been successfully manufactured. Its structure and impact performance and other inspection indexes all meet the standard requirements and user’s requirements,especially the spheroidizing annealing structure reaches GA2 level.
