锻后入炉温度对支承辊表淬前组织和性能的影响

摘要 通过计算机模拟和小试样试验的方法,研究锻后入炉温度对支承辊锻后热处理和预备热处理过程中工件内部温度和组织性能的影响,结果表明,不同锻后入炉温度下得到的锻后组织性能完全不同,经预备热处理后,其组织基本一致,但性能存在一定差异。根据研究结果对支承辊锻后热处理工艺及预备热处理工艺提出相应改进建议。 Through the method of computer simulation and small sample test,the influence of the post-forging temperature charging in furnace on the internal temperature and microstructure properties of the workpiece during the post-forging heat treatment and preliminary heat treatment of the backup roll has been studied.The results show that the post-forging microstructure and properties obtained at different post-forging temperature charging in furnace are completely different.After preliminary heat treatment,the structure is basically the same,but there are certain differences in properties.According to the research results,the corresponding improvement suggestions for the post-forging heat treatment process and preliminary heat treatment process of the backup roll have been put forward.
