摘要
随着工艺设备质量的不断提升,对产线的速度要求和玻璃清洗机的干燥要求也越来越高。该文通过分析风刀的种类和布局方式,并结合风刀截面进行仿真分析验证,实现了对风刀效果的验证,并通过现场测试验证了玻璃的吹干效果。
With the continuous improvement of process equipment quality,the requirements of speed for production line and drying for glass cleaning machine are getting higher.In this paper,by analyzing the types and layout of air nozzle and combined with the simulation analysis and verification of cross section of air nozzle,both the effectiveness of air nozzle and glass drying function(through field test)are verified.
