摘要 为解决佳瑞煤业15101综放工作面过断层期间设备损耗严重、推进速渡慢等问题,通过对比分析有掏槽及无掏槽爆破方式的优缺点,最终确定采用两级斜孔掏槽爆破方式对断层围岩进行弱化。现场应用结果表明,松动爆破后,围岩得到充分破碎,且爆破后产生的破碎块体的块度较为均衡,大块率为12.6%,降低了爆破产生的飞矸,保障了爆破作业场所附近机电设备的安全性,15101综放工作面安全、高效通过了断层。 In order to solve the problems such as serious equipment loss and slow moving speed when the 15101 fully-mechanized caving face passes through the fault in Jiarui Coal Industry, the two-stage inclined hole cutting blasting method is finally adopted to weaken the surrounding rock of the fault by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the blasting method with and without cutting. The field application results show that after the loose blasting, the surrounding rock is fully broken, and the fragmentation of the broken blocks produced after blasting is relatively balanced, with a large block rate of 12.6%, which reduces the lost gangue generated by blasting and guarantees the safety of the electromechanical equipment near the blasting site. The 15101 fully-mechanized caving working face passes the fault safely and efficiently.
