摘要
实验提出了一种氙气中微量杂质组分的检验方法,并阐述了其过程,采用放空、反吹、柱切换等技术对氙气中多种杂质组分进行检测,该方法确定了色谱的最佳工作参数和切阀时间方式。结果表明,该分析方法设计得当、重现性好,同时能提高37%的检测效率,适用于工业连续性检验。
A test method for trace impurity component in xenon gas was proposed,and its process is described.And various impurity components in xenon are detected by venting,back blowing,column switching and other technologies.The optimum operating parameters and valve switching time of chromatography were determined by the method.The results show that the analysis method is properly designed,has good reproducibility,and can improve the detection efficiency by 37%,so that it can be applied to industrial continuity inspection.
