摘要
针对老年电动汽车出行和操控问题,将QFD的HOQ与TRIZ理论中的IFR理想解,矛盾矩阵等相结合。建立以TRIZ理论为基础的老年电动汽车产品。通过QFD对用户需求进行分析寻求符合老年人需求的设计要素,用TRIZ的矛盾矩阵发明原理对产品进行功能分析,老年电动汽车进行产品创新设计。对改进老年交通工具不足时出现的技术冲突,提出了具体的解决方案。运用QFD与TRIZ理论能科学指导老年电动汽车设计实践。
Aiming at the travel and handling problems of elderly electric vehicles,the HOQ of QFD is combined with the ideal solution of IFR and contradiction matrix in TRIZ theory.Establish innovative products for elderly electric vehicles based on TRIZ design theory.Analyze user needs through QFD to find design elements that meet the needs of the elderly,use TRIZ contradiction matrix invention principle to analyze the product function,and carry out product innovation design for elderly electric vehicles.A specific solution was proposed to improve the technical conflicts that occurred when the elderly transportation was insufficient.Using QFD and TRIZ theory can scientifically guide the design and practice of elderly electric vehicles.
