The article analyzes the form of human body expression and its relationship with food design from the perspective of embodied cognition,and explores the influencing factors of body expression in social changes.Use semiotics to sort out the developmental context of body expression under the influence of social fashion.The expression of the body under the construction of different social contexts will put forward new requirements for food,so there are design activities around food.Food design is also an expression of the body like dressing and beauty.The final conclusion is that food design lies in understanding the intrinsic attributes and cultural relationships of food,and food design is a way for humans to express themselves in social activities.
