摘要
为了提高产品设计专业的学生对人机工程学课程知识的把握和实际应用能力。通过在人机工程学的课程实验中引入3D打印技术,结合产品设计实践,让学生直观地去感受一件产品从概念到实物的过程,在过程中体会尺寸对产品的影响,了解建模前期确定产品尺寸的重要性,掌握科学的产品设计流程。通过课程实验,学生进一步了解3D打印技术,深刻体会尺寸对一件产品的重要性,对产品尺度也有了全新认识,加深了对课程相关内容的理解,掌握了科学的产品设计流程。为产品设计专业的人机工程学课程提供了一个可以实施的实验方向。
In order to improve the ability of product design students to grasp and practically apply the knowledge of ergonomics courses.Through the introduction of 3D printing technology in the ergonomics course experiment,combined with product design practice,students can intuitively feel the process of a product from concept to object,experience the influence of size on the product in the process,understand the importance of determining the relevant size of the product in the early stage of modeling,and master the scientific product design process.Through the course experiment,students further understand the 3D printing technology,deeply realize the importance of size to a product,have a new understanding of product scale,deepen the understanding of the relevant content of the course,master the scientific product design process.It provides a feasible experimental direction for ergonomics course of product design specialty.
