摘要
为解决60-75岁老年人日常出行的打车难的问题。文章采用文献调研和用户调研的方法对现有老年人的出行痛点和该群体的特征进行调研和分析。在结合认知心理学、审美心理学与人的动作行为等理论基础上,使用产品设计和交互设计相关的知识明确用户需求特点、分析用户行为,总结出相应的设计意见。该设计意见可为针对老年人智慧出行辅助产品的设计提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of getting a taxi in the daily travel of 60-75 year olds.The article uses the methods of literature research and user research to investigate and analyze the travel pain points of the existing elderly and the characteristics of the group.On the basis of combining cognitive psychology,aesthetic psychology and human action behavior,the knowledge related to product design and interaction design is used to clarify the characteristics of user needs,analyze user behavior,and summarize the corresponding design opinions.This design opinion can provide a reference for the design of smart travel auxiliary products for the elderly.
