摘要
基于TRIZ理论的设计方法,对可调温保温杯进行创新设计。为设计出可以调节温度的保温杯,以TRIZ为理论基础进行问题分析与问题解决。在设计过程中,首先从系统功能、系统因果链和系统九屏幕法进行问题分析;然后,利用技术矛盾和物-场分析方法得到问题的解决方案;最后,梳理前期分析和解决问题的多种方案评定出最优方案。利用TRIZ理论为可调温保温杯设计提供了新的思路,同时验证了可调温保温杯创新设计的可行性。
The work aims to conduct innovative design of the thermos cup that can adjust the temperatures based on the theory of TRIZ.In the design process,the problems are analyzed from the system function,the Fault Tree Analysis and the system nine-screen method.Then,the solution of the problem is obtained by using technical contradiction and Substance-Field analysis method.Finally,combing the previous analysis and solving the problem of a variety of solutions to evaluate the best design.This paper provides a new idea for the design of thermos cup with adjustable temperature by using TRIZ theory,and verifies the feasibility of the innovative design of thermos cup with adjustable temperature.
