比率型电化学传感器构建策略的研究进展

Research progress on construction strategy of ratiometric electrochemical sensors

电化学传感在生物分析和药品检测等领域应用广泛,然而,传统电化学传感常为单信号输出,易受内外因素的影响。近年来,比率型电化学传感器研究取得显著进展,其双信号输出特性为分析提供内置校正因子,消除干扰,显著提高了检测的重现性、准确度和灵敏度。比率型电化学传感器显著拓展了其在医药分析、疾病诊断、环境监控等领域的应用。本文综述了比率型电化学传感器构建策略的研究进展,并展望了其未来发展趋势。

The electrochemical sensors have been widely applied in the fields of biological analysis and drug inspection due to a series of advantages.However,conventional electrochemical sensors are often single-signal output,which is easily affected by internal and external factors.Recently,the application of ratiometric electrochemical sensors has shown initial potential.The dual-signal output characteristics of ratiometric electrochemical sensors can provide built-in correction factors for analysis,thereby overcoming interference and significantly improving the reproducibility,accuracy and sensitivity of detection.The ratiometric electrochemical sensors have significantly expanded the application in medical analysis,disease diagnosis,environmental monitoring and other fields.This review mainly reports the research progress of ratiometric electrochemical sensors construction strategy,and prospects its future development.
