Viability PCR在活性微生物检测领域的研究进展

摘要 Viability polymerase chain reaction(vPCR)能够有效区分活细胞和死细胞,正在不断地被深入研究,应用领域也不断扩大。然而,vPCR是基于细胞膜完整性开发的,由于细胞存在状态多样性和方法的不足,在准确检测活细胞方面仍有偏差。为提高vPCR检测的准确度,科技工作者进行了大量的研究。为更好地提高vPCR的检测效率和准确度,本文综述了近几年来vPCR在微生物学检测领域的研究进展。 Viability polymerase chain reaction(vPCR),which can effectively distinguish living cells from dead cells,is being studied in depth and its application fields are expanding.However,vPCR is based on the integrity of cell membrane.Due to the diversity of cell status and the lack of methods,there are still some deviations in the accurate detection of living cells.In order to improve the accuracy of vPCR detection,scientists and technicians have done a lot of research.In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of vPCR,this paper reviewed the research progress of vPCR in the field of microbiological detection in recent years.
