抗高温全油基生物油润滑剂研制与应用 被引量:1

Development and application of anti-high temperature full oil-based bio-oil lubricant

摘要 针对深井、高温井、长水平段水平井钻进过程中摩阻扭矩高以及现有部分润滑剂环保性不强的技术难题,以生物油脂(地沟油脂)为基础原料,通过化学改性与配方调试,研发出全油基生物油润滑剂G316。该润滑剂抗高温可达170℃,易生物降解、环境友好,按照标准Q/SY1088-2012评价润滑系数降低可达90%以上,同时对于改善泥饼质量等特点。现场应用结果表明,该润滑剂在大斜度井段和长水平段施工中扭矩平均降低率达到58.3%,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Aiming at the technical problems of high friction torque during the drilling of deep wells,high temperature wells,and long horizontal wells and the low environmental protection of some existing lubricants,biological grease(trench grease)is used as the basic raw material,and chemical modification formula debugging,developed a full oil-based bio-oil lubricant G316.The lubricant is resistant to high temperatures up to 170℃,is easily biodegradable,and is environmentally friendly.According to the standard Q/SY1088-2012,the lubrication coefficient can be reduced by more than 90%.At the same time,it has the characteristics of improving the quality of mud cakes.The field application results show that the lubricant has an average torque reduction rate of 58.3%in the construction of highly deviated well sections and long horizontal sections,which has good economic and social benefits.
