基于光纤振动传感的长输管道清管器跟踪定位方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对长输油气管道清管作业过程中清管器发生卡堵致使无法准确定位进而导致管道停输的问题,提出基于光纤振动传感的长输管道清管器跟踪定位方法,设计光纤振动传感定位系统的结构,阐述其定位原理。在系统中对振动信号作用于传感光纤后引起光信号的相位变化信号进行高速采集,对它进行实时傅里叶变换得到其频谱数据,并进一步找到有限数量的零频点,使用有限个零频点信息解析出振动信号发生位置,即管道中运行的清管器的实时位置,实现了对清管器的在线实时跟踪定位。 Considering the jammed pig-incurred long-distance oil&gas pipeline’s suspension in the pigging operation caused by inaccurate positioning,a tracking and positioning method based on optical fiber vibration sensor was proposed,and the sensor’s structure was designed and its positioning principle was expounded.In this positioning system,having the optical signal’s phase changes incurred by the vibration signal collected at a high speed and processed through Fourier transform at real time to obtain spectrum data and find some zero frequency points;and finally,having the finite zero frequency information employed to analyze the location of vibration signals.In this way,the pig’s real position in operation can be determined and tracked at real time.
