摘要
以平氏毛细管粘度计为测量对象、标准物质法为测量方法,给出了粘度常数的测量过程,并提出了一套较为全面、科学的粘度常数测量结果不确定度的评估方法。
Taking a routine capillary viscometer as the object of study and the standard substance method as the measurement method,the measurement of viscosity constant was presented,including the proposal of scientifically evaluating uncertainty of the viscosity constant measurement.
