摘要
通过对现场运行的大功率旋转机械加装压电式三轴加速度传感器对旋转机械滑动轴承进行振动数据的采集,并对采集到的加速度信号进行处理分析后得到对应的速度信号、位移信号。应用相关分析软件对采集到的信号进行分析处理,利用得到的振动烈度、频谱图和轴心轨迹图对电泵滑动轴承进行故障诊断。从数据转换分析过程和最后的诊断结果来看,使用频域积分法进行信号转换准确、高效,分析所得滑动轴承信号频谱和轴心轨迹的故障诊断结果易于识别。
Through adding piezoelectric three-axis acceleration sensor to high-power rotating machine,the vibration data of sliding bearing in rotating machine were collected and the corresponding speed signal and displacement signal were obtained after processing and analyzing the acceleration signals collected.Correlation analysis software was used to analyze and process the collected signals to obtain vibration intensity,frequency spectrum and axis trajectory so as to diagnose any fault of the sliding bearing.The conversion analysis process and the final diagnosis results show that,the frequency domain integration method is accurate and efficient for signal conversion,and the fault diagnosis results of the signal spectrum and axis trajectory of the sliding bearing are clear and easy to identify.
