Research on American Agricultural Learning: Opportunity, Organization and Guarantee

农业学习是推动乡村振兴、决战脱贫攻坚的重要路径。美国是现代农业高度发达的国家,其农业学习与农业发展之间具有良好的互动机制,值得我国借鉴参考。美国农业学习以教育、科研和推广“三位一体”的教育模式为基础,着重为青年、农民、女性和军人四个群体提供学习机会,学习组织形式包括团体式、班级式和个体式,保障机制主要涉及政策和资金。当前,我国应联合涉农机构成立学习合作社,推动特色农业发展;扶持退役军人返乡从农,助力乡村振兴;以网络技术为依托,创新“互联网+”农业学习模式。

Agricultural learning is an important way to promote rural revitalization and fight against poverty alleviation.As a highly developed country with modern agriculture,there is a good interaction mechanism between agricultural learning and agricultural development in the United States,which is worthy of reference for China.American agricultural learning is based on“the trinity of education model”of education,scientific research and promotion.Learning opportunities cover four groups of youth,farmers,women and veterans.Learning organization forms include groups,classes and individuals.The guarantee mechanism mainly involves policies and funds.At present,China should establish learning cooperatives with agriculture-related institutions to promote the development of characteristic agriculture;support the return of veterans to work in agriculture and promote rural revitalization;innovate“Internet+”agricultural learning model based on network technology.
