Arthritic psoriasis is one of the most serious and difficult to treat psoriasis.This paper introduces two cases of psoriatic arthritis with high fever after a variety of Western medicine immunosuppressive therapy.Liu Yi,director of traditional Chinese medicine,used the six meridians syndrome differentiation prescription.The patient's high fever quickly subsided and the symptoms were significantly relieved.It provides a reference for the clinical application of classical prescriptions in the treatment of skin diseases.
