循经取穴温针灸疗法对肩周炎患者疼痛程度的控制作用

Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the degree of pain in patients with periarthritis of shoulder

目的:探讨肩周炎应用循经取穴温针灸疗法对疼痛程度的控制作用。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年12月我院针灸科门诊收治的76例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组单纯给予针刺治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用循经取穴温针灸疗法,分析比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、日常生活活动能力及肩关节功能恢复情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后日常生活活动能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后肩关节功能评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩周炎应用循经取穴温针灸疗法的效果更加确切,不仅可以缓解疼痛程度,提高日常生活活动能力,还可以恢复肩关节功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on pain degree in patients with periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:76 patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted to our hospital were selected for grouping study.The time range was from September 2017 to December 2019.The grouping method was random lottery,and the groups were the control group and the observation group.38 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture alone,while 38 patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on meridian acupoint and temperature.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,ability to perform daily activities and recovery of shoulder joint function of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The pain score in the observation group was signif-icantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The daily life activity score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of shoulder joint function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on periarthritis of shoulder is more accurate,which can not only relieve the pain degree of patients,improve the ability of daily life activities,but also restore the function of shoulder joint.
