中医药治疗冠心病痰瘀互结证研究进展

冠心病具有动脉粥样硬化及心肌缺血的基础病理特征,更易出现痰瘀等病理因素,目前痰瘀互结证发病率较高,病变程度严重,逐渐受到重视。因此,在治疗上应采取痰瘀同治的原则,随证应变,灵活运用,可改善痰瘀互结证的客观指标,将会有良好的发展前景。
