摘要
采用多次实验,一种化学镍去除剂对电镀化学镍废水除化学镍化学磷效果实验研究。在电镀、电子、电器、铝合金制品、光电、汽车配件、塑料装饰件等工业生产行业中广泛使用化学镀镍技术,产生大量高浓度含化学镍废水,废水成份复杂,化学镍、化学磷及氨氮含量极高,处理难度大,给下游的污水处理带来严重影响,对水体造成了巨大的污染。本文针对高浓度化学镍废水进行了系统实验研究,另外还阐述了含磷含镍废水处理机理,为企业处理高浓度化学镍废水提供了依据。
The effect of a chemical nickel remover on the removal of chemical nickel and chemical phosphorus from electroplating chemical nickel wastewater was studied by many experiments.Electroless nickel plating technology is widely used in electroplating,electronics,electrical appliances,aluminum alloy products,optoelectronics,auto parts,plastic decorative parts and other industrial production industries,resulting in a large amount of wastewater containing high concentration of chemical nickel.The composition of wastewater is complex,and the content of chemical nickel,chemical phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen is extremely high,which is difficult to deal with,and has a serious impact on the downstream sewage treatment,It has caused great pollution to the water body.In this paper,the high concentration of chemical nickel wastewater was systematically studied,and the treatment mechanism of phosphorus and nickel wastewater was also described,which provided a basis for enterprises to treat high concentration of chemical nickel wastewater.
